Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister dk Shivakumar Sparked Controversy on Wedsday after claiming Problems overnight. Mr Shivakumar's unusual comment was condemned on social media, with many slamming the ruling congress government of the state over delayed projects and personal traffic projects.
