Us Supreme Court Rejects 26/11 Accused Tahawwur Rana's Extradition Stay Request

New Delhi: The United States Supreme Court on Friday Rejected the Extradition Stay Request of Tahawwur RanaA key accused in the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks that Killed more than 170 people.

The application said, “The likelihood of torture in this case is even higher though as petitioner faces acute risk as a Muslim of Pakistani origin charged in the Mumbai attacks.”
